APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The air-conditioned, 37 m2, two-room designer apartment is located on the second floor of one of the few multi-family villas in SHELLTER HOTEL & APARTMENTS, only 100 meters from the white beach on the Baltic Sea. The roofed terrace with an area of 15 m2 with comfortable armchairs has a view to the west and is directed towards the greenery, and depending on the season, Lake Resko can also be seen through the trees. The spacious living-dining area is equipped with a comfortable fold-out sofa with a sleeping function and a dining table for 4 people. A large number of cabinets in the hall and in the sleeping area encourages longer stays of up to 4 people. The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage for both cars and bicycles. The lift enables convenient communication between the residential part and the entrance to the building and the garage. Guests can use the spacious terrace on the roof of the building with a beautiful view of Lake Resko.
Within the complex there are two playgrounds for children, a Żabka store, cafe and Bistro open in season and bicycle rental.
